Shipping Method Selection
The shipping method selected at checkout will be used for your order unless otherwise specified on the product page or communicated to you prior to shipment (e.g., oversize/weight restrictions, remote-area service limits, or carrier availability). If a change is required, we’ll notify you before the order ships.
Risk of Loss, Delays & Theft
Once your package is accepted/scanned by the courier, risk of loss transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages (including “delivered” scans with missing parcels). Any delivery issues must be addressed directly with the carrier; we’re happy to provide tracking details and reasonable assistance in filing a claim.
Returns & Shipping Costs
